THE SIMPLE VERSION

We only want the data we actually need.

  • Subscription data— such as consent, unsubscribe status and delivery information handled by the newsletter provider.
  • Messages you send us— if you contact NEXOR directly.
  • Basic technical data— such as IP address, browser, device information, request URLs, timestamps and server logs generated by hosting infrastructure.
  • Affiliate interaction data— a retailer or affiliate network may process limited referral information when you follow an affiliate link, according to its own privacy rules.

Only if you ask for it.

If you subscribe, we use your email address to send NEXOR SIGNAL updates. Subscription is voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Newsletter subscriptions are currently handled throughButtondown.Buttondown may process your email address and subscription metadata so messages can be delivered, managed and unsubscribed correctly.

05
WHY WE USE DATA

Clear reasons only.

  • to send updates you subscribed to;
  • to manage consent and unsubscribe requests;
  • to reply when you contact us;
  • to operate, secure and debug the website;
  • to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable;
  • to meet legal or accounting obligations where required.
06
LEGAL BASIS

The boring but important part.

Where GDPR or similar European privacy rules apply, personal data may be processed on the basis of:

  • Consent— for example when you subscribe.
  • Legitimate interests— for security, reliability, debugging and operating the website.
  • Legal obligations— where information must be retained or disclosed by law.
07
AFFILIATE LINKS

A click may leave NEXOR.

Some product links may be affiliate links. If you follow one, the retailer or affiliate network may receive referral information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy.

NEXOR does not receive your full payment-card details when you purchase from an external retailer.

08
COOKIES & TRACKING

No surveillance circus.

NEXOR is designed to work without visitor accounts or a heavy advertising-tracking stack.

Essential technical services, newsletter tools, hosting providers or external retailers may still use cookies or similar technologies where necessary. If NEXOR adds analytics or advertising tools later, this policy should be updated accordingly.

09
HOSTING & LOGS

Websites leave technical footprints.

Hosting infrastructure may automatically process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information, requested URLs and error logs.

These records are used for security, abuse prevention, uptime, debugging and service reliability.

The website uses Vercel hosting infrastructure. Newsletter subscriptions, where enabled, are managed through Buttondown. These providers may process information needed to deliver their respective services.

Buttondown is a US-based provider. Its published Data Processing Agreement describes Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers that require them. You can request further information about relevant transfers and safeguards through our contact email.

10
DATA RETENTION

Not forever.

  • newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request removal;
  • newsletter service records may be retained as needed for consent, delivery and unsubscribe management;
  • contact emails may generally be retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is reasonably needed;
  • technical logs are retained according to the relevant infrastructure provider’s operational and security practices.
11
YOUR RIGHTS

Your data. Your rights.

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, request data portability, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) atuodo.gov.pl.

To make a privacy request, emailhello@nexorsignal.com.

12
EXTERNAL SERVICES
